I don't think so Deborah and sister. I had a look at a pic of Rose-Bay Willow Herb and it looks much too tall and has too many flowers.
It looks like Marsh willow herb -it doesn't grow as tall and the leaves are in pairs unlike rose bay willow herb.
You might be right, Alison. I'll have a closer look at the pictures of Marsh willow herb on the internet.
