I didn't really see the point of Twitter until recently - now I see that it's all about spontaneous haivering. When I feel the urge to blurt something out or ask a silly question, I hit Twitter. Better out than in, as they say.

Lead water pipes! Oh dear...
I keep forgetting I have twitter. And then someone mentions it and I get addicted for one day. And then I remember that no one talks to me on Twitter so all my drivel has been written in vain!
What happens to all the twitterings? Do they exist for ever?
Deborah: Just looked at the prices , am going to think about it for a little longer!
Princesse: Tell me who you are on twitter and I'll come and follow you (or am I already following you?)
Lucy: Yes, they archive them, so I can look back and see what inanity I was twittering on a Sunday evening at the end of April last year. A sort of diary of snapshot thoughts.
