Tunisia

Not sure if this slideshow is going to work. Is there anything more boring than being subjected to someone else's holiday photos? ("Was that the Wednesday morning darling, or the Thursday afternoon?")

I'm still paranoid about one day stumbling on photos of my children's heads amateurishly stuck on top of naked bodies. But if I know you or your blog, and if you're not a paedophile but still enough of a masochist to want to see the "people" ones too, drop me an e-mail and I'll send you a Flickr invitation to be my friend, please.

Gorgeous photos! You have an excellent eye. I'm still in the process of uploading my photos to flickr, but they're not nearly as exotic, unless you really like flowers!

well the slide show works perfectly and it is very relaxing not to have to click anything. Every view and door seems to be beautiful.
Now I see why I can't see enough of the children, always like the photos best when they are there or P or you. I just love to have more people too but suppose the Tunisian women are inside (cooking?!)and the men in cafés drinking tea?
Shapes and colours so harmonious, how dull here in comparison.

Thanks for all of the kind comments. From now on I would like to be known as Lesley Cartier-Bresson Bailey.

Deborah: you already have a password so if you're signed in to Flickr you should be able to see the children (mostly sticking their tongues out)

Ronnie (who are you anyway?) you should have a password too, if not just ask and I'll send you one (for a very fair price)

I love the pics too. Flikr is such a good photosharing site. Can you not alter the width of the slideshow when you paste the code in? On my screen you cannot see the full width of the picture and the last row of thumbnails are cropped out. I'm being picky here, Ms Cartier-Bresson Bailey. It's my only criticism so take it like a man!

Sarah, you're back! Hope you had a good time too.
The problem with the width is that the default setting is 500 whatsits which went way over into the sidebar. So I reduced it to 450 which cut of the right hand side of the photos. I'm sure there must be a cleverer way of doing it so that it fits into the allotted space, but it's beyond me.

Confinement

Being confined indoors most of the day, just the four of us, is reminding me of the days when my children were wee and most of our weekends ...
